Rizon is a new prediction exchange, built for clarity, intuition and trading you can see. We’re starting with two markets and a new kind of contract. Many more markets are coming.
I
Every prediction market looks the same.
Open Polymarket, Kalshi, OG, predict.fun or Limitless: a question, Up and Down priced in cents, a book of cents, a countdown. Swap the logo and you couldn’t tell them apart.
II
Confusion is a business model.
A prediction market asks one simple question, then buries the answer in shares, implied probabilities, fees and resolution rules, until it feels like only the pros can trade. A market that needs a glossary isn’t finished. It should run on intuition, not tuition.
III
You don’t think in tables.
Prediction markets show you the market as rows of cents and shares. You think in pictures: where the price is, and where it’s going. So we draw the market on the chart, and you trade by clicking it.
IV
Time starts when you do.
Today’s markets sell Bitcoin in fixed blocks: up or down, 3:15 to 3:30. Arrive at 3:24 and you get six minutes and someone else’s starting price. On Rizon, every contract is a horizon contract: it starts the moment you trade and runs its full length.
V
Always at the money.
Arrive late to a fixed block and Up has already drifted to 84¢: you pay 84¢ to make 16¢. On Rizon, every contract costs 50¢ and pays $1, because the strike moves with the price instead.
VI
Watch it go through.
Today your position is a row in a portfolio tab. On Rizon, it’s a line on the chart at your strike and expiry. You watch the price run toward it, and through it.
Where we start
Two markets the old contracts fit worst.
We start where fixed event contracts serve traders worst. Crypto up/down is sold in fixed windows: arrive late and you get what’s left, at a price that has already drifted. Elon Musk’s posts are sold in buckets, 200–219, 220–239 and on, so one question becomes a dozen thin books and its liquidity scatters across them.
On Rizon, each is one book of strikes and one choice, Higher or Lower, over a horizon that starts when you trade: Bitcoin over 15 seconds, a minute or five, and soon Elon’s post count over 15 minutes, an hour or six.
What’s next
Then the rest.
Bitcoin and Elon’s posts are the first markets, not the last. Most of what’s sold today as a question and a list of prices can become a line you watch instead, and we’ll keep turning them. A new prediction exchange, with more possibilities.
